If you need to cancel your service, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will enable us enough time to contact and accommodate other guests who would love to use this time. If you do not cancel your appointment, resulting in a no-show, you may be subject to a charge for that particular service.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, filling out medical history forms, and getting settled.
To ensure that you get your desired appointment time with a specific stylist, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the salon.
All product returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued upon return.
